Due to this growing need Clackamas County will expand services by opening an additional large primary care clinic in the Sunnyside area, known as The Sunnyside Health and Wellness Center. This clinic will integrate medical, dental, behavioral health, and public health services both physically and operationally to help ensure more efficient and effective whole person care. The new clinic will implement many of the most advanced practices that modern research and practice offer, including patient-centered care, care teams, real integration of supportive services, an electronic health record, and a physical space designed to promote healing and communication.
Conveniently located on Sunnyside Road, the new Health and Wellness Center is a short distance from the Clackamas Town Center Transit Center. Patients and staff who drive will enjoy the Center’s easy access to Interstate 205.
