Section 8 Waiting List Clean Up

The Housing Authority of Clackamas County is currently performing a purge of the Section 8 waitlist. Letters were mailed in March, 2012 and responses were required by April 9, 2012. If you have not replied yet please do so today. Letters will be mailed on May 1,2012 to all non respondents indicating that you have been removed from the waitlist. The Section 8 waitlist is currently closed.

HACC 2012 Draft Annual Plan Public Hearing Discussion: March 22nd

The Public Hearing on the HACC 2012 Annual Plan was held  on Thursday, March 15th at 10:00 AM in front of the Board of Clackamas County Commissioners. The discussion for the Public Hearing was rescheduled for Thursday, March 22nd at 10 AM. The Board of Commissioners Discussion will take place in the County Chambers, located on the 4th floor of the Public Services Building (PSB), at 2051 Kaen Rd, Oregon City, OR.

Opportunity Maps for Clackamas County

HACC recently completed a comprehensive planning process to produce Opportunity Maps for affordable housing in Clackamas County. Opportunity Maps use data such as access to employment, education, and transportation to map out where the highest areas of Opportunity are located.

Clackamas Heights Redevelopment

HACC is currently researching alterante development and financing scenarios for redevelopment of Clackamas Heights, a HACC owned Public Housing Community in Oregon City. HACC expects to have enough information  by the summer of 2012 to provide an update to residents and neighbors.  

Ports Update for Vouchers

HACC is not currently absorbing ports. HACC is billing ports only. If you are a client wanting to port or move from another Housing Authority to Clackamas County, your Housing Authority will need to know we are not absorbing at this time.
