Capital Improvement Projects (CIP)
The Capital Improvement Program plans, designs and builds major capital
facilities in the three area Districts, so that operating divisions can
serve our district customers' wastewater and surface water needs. The
Capital project management includes design and construction and provides
project controls in terms of cost, schedule, scope, program development
and long range forecasting.
